Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of BedShift, operated by ANUBRIS (PRIVATE) LIMITED. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Activities

You must not use BedShift to:

• Upload, transmit, or store any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates any applicable law.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or any individual.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through the platform's communication features.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or our infrastructure (hacking).
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service or its underlying software.
• Build a competing product or service using knowledge gained from the Service.
• Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals or use another person's credentials.
• Store personally identifiable information of minors without proper legal authorization.
• Store or process data classified as prohibited under applicable data protection laws.

2. Resource Usage

You must not:

• Use the Service in a manner that degrades performance for other tenants.
• Exceed reasonable API rate limits or storage quotas.
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code.

3. Enforcement

We enforce this policy through a graduated process. The severity of the response depends on the nature and impact of the violation:

1. Warning— you will receive a written notice identifying the violation and requesting immediate corrective action.
2. Suspension— your account and all associated tenant data will be temporarily suspended. Access will be restored once the violation is resolved.
3. Termination— your account will be permanently terminated and all data deleted after the 30-day export window described in our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to skip steps in the enforcement process for severe violations, including but not limited to illegal activity, security breaches, or threats to other users.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it immediately to [email protected]. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.

5. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
